The budget for the contest is currently too low to achieve our objectives, please increase it.

Thank you for your comment, however I am already receiving design proposals and since I already spent alot on the logo making and have invited specific designers to this project I prefer to tip the designer instead of choosing an expensive package where I wont need half of what I pay for ... hope this makes sense .. thank you
