Brief de Design de Logo

I have an accommodation care-taking business that is expanding into offering our own accommodation so I need a logo that has variations for the different businesses within the brand. I have plans to open different businesses within the group so would like to find someone I can work with again over the next few years to develop different variations on the logo, business cards, website design etc

Logo 1- Haven Group (Would like to use initial HG and Haven Group to appear underneath or next to the logo
Logo 2- Accommodation Care-Taking, By Haven (would like By Haven to appear in hand writing type text underneath Accommodation Care-Taking)
Logo 2- The Empress, By Haven (again I would like By Haven to appear in hand writing type text below The Empress

To be clear I am looking for 1 logo design but just the wording to be different on each variation, not looking for 3 different designs

My preferred colours and black and gold, white and gold or navy blue and gold.
I would like to have a peacock or a leopard in the logo and a crown. To symbolise royalty, high-end service, luxury brand. I have given some examples of the type of logo I am looking for and the type of peacock. I am open to design ideas but I want it to appear- Elegant, Opulent, Luxurious, High-end. Crown to appear as part of the logo but not the main feature. It could have a swirly border, or preferably use the ancient Greek gold border I have included in the photos, look at the Versace logo for inspiration.
It should like high-end (a bit fancy) but still quite simple and not too fussy.
