Brief de Design de Logo

Lost Elk BBQ is an American BBQ food truck based in Australia, the name "Lost Elk" represents an American icon, the Elk, being "lost" by bring the cuisine to Australia. Think cut wood

I'd like the logo to be a wordmark type, with elements that include antlers or a Elk head incorporated into the design.

For font types, cursive or blocky is fine as long as it is in a retro style, my colours can be dark maroons, dark browns black and white.

I've attached some graphics and menus for ideas of the style this logo's font and style will carry across to the menu design as well.
