Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a company called Stillwell Homes. We sell new manufactured homes that are built by 6 different manufacturers. We do not build them, we are authorized by the factories to market them and sell them. This will be a rebrand. The original company was called Sun Homes however the owner, Scott Stillwell, wanted to rename the company with his name to take accountability for the company and to appear more personal. We want to portray integrity accountability and sincerity. We originally were thinking a vintage style text to play on the old way of doing business. We want the logo to be more about the name / text rather than a symbol / graphic.
