Brief de Design de Logo

I'm a psychiatrist starting a business which will provide online education to primary care doctors on how to manage their patient's mental health needs. Most psychiatric and mental health treatment in the world is provided by primary care doctors, not mental health specialists like psychiatrists. And primary care doctors don't receive much training on how to do this, which often leaves them confused and overwhelmed by their patient's mental health needs. My goal is to bridge the gap in mental health care access between trained mental health providers and primary care providers by educating them on this topic.

The company is called Collaborative Psychiatry. The name was chosen because there has historically been a lack of collaboration between the field of psychiatry and the other disciplines of medicine. I hope to facilitate more collaboration between these disciplines through education and support.

Because the target audience is providers who work in healthcare, I want the logo to have a professional look and appeal. I think it could be as simple as the name Collaborative Psychiatry spelled out in a nice font type, with some sort of a graphic symbol/image either incorporated or which can be used separately as a brand imprint. I've thought about the possibility of having Collaborative and Psychiatry on two separate lines, with the C flowing into the P below it as one possibility.

In terms of imagery, something that represents either collaboration or a coming together of mind (psychiatry) and body (the rest of medicine) would be great. Some ideas we've tossed around are some sort of abstract handshape image, or a loose image of a body shifting into a tree to represent growth in the mind. Alternatively, if the C and P in the name flow into each other, that could be used as a separate image itself.

I'm including a picture of our color palate, which broadly uses muted/professional greens and blues. I don't know that we need colors in the logo, but including it just in case.
