Brief de Design de Logo

We are an Associate Volunteerism Council that promotes volunteerism to our employees at non-profit groups and events in southeast Michigan. We work with all charities, including shelters (human and animal), food pantries, environmental (planting trees, cleaning highways, building houses), medical research, education, etc. We would like to use the letters "AVC" in the logo and want to stay away from using 'hands' or a 'globe'. Our corporate colors are red, black and white, (Yazaki arrow logo attached) but we want our new logo design to be vibrant and colorful. We will use the logo on apparel and printed materials. Current logo attached.
