Brief de Design de Logo

I own a construction company that primarily remodels residential homes. I need a logo design that is simple yet clear in communicating what I do. I want my potential customers to be able to look at my logo/message design and know what I do. I'd like (I think) to have a house/home somehow incorporated into my logo. It needs to look professional/all business. I don't want it to distract from my wording/message. I'm open to colors but I like blue & yellow, blue & green blue & orange or blue & white.

This logo will also be used as a wrap for my company vehicles. I want my tagline/slogan to be the primary focus of my logo design, NOT my business name. I'll never be large enough to have people recognize my name, I want them to know what I do when they look at my vehicles.

"Remodel with Confidence" needs to be the primary wording/message and "CoreCraft Construction" needs to be underneath it/secondary.
