Brief de Design de Logo

The name of the business will be Sports Performance North. We have an affiliation with Sports Medicine North and would like a similar concept to the image that is uploaded in the file below. We would like a red, white and blue theme. Baseball diamond background with a compass in the middle of the diamond and a star on each outermost compass point. On the compass where the "N" is located please have a small arrow pointing upward in place of the N to symbolize North
