Brief de Design Icône

We need icons for a number of functions within our software application T-SIM Press Room Version. our software is designed for optimization of production in the metal stamping industry. We want to have more visual representations on the UI of the options the user can choose. The application has both light and dark theme capabilities.
We would prefer a more modern (3D-ish) look if possible (similar to the Facility example in the included PPT but the example is almost too realistic) rather than the typical “flat” version like many of the other examples. Something in-between would be ideal.
I put these example together as a starting point but would like something more polished than the ones I have mocked up. Our software is a higher end niche product that should feel very technologically advanced.

My examples are just that… please feel free to take creative liberty if you think there is a better visual that would represent the function.

The following is a list of the icons and a brief, simple description of what they do for reference.
• Start New Project - initiates a new project being started
• Open Existing - accesses a database of existing projects
• Launch New Tool - this is selected when the customer is going to be launching a new metal stamping tool into production for the first time.
• Optimize Existing Tool – This is selected when a customer has an existing tool in production but wanted to increase the efficiency of that tool to make more parts in less time.
• Change Press – This command is used to calculate the new settings used when moving a job from one metal stamping press to another.
• Create Starter Curve - This command will allow the user to create a new motion curve for a project.
• Convert To – Conversion of the program for the project into a different format for different controller types
• Press Image - for representation when user is viewing list of presses they have available
• Facility Image
• Customer Image
• Manage Presses – this will be used for adding new presses, editing existing presses, and viewing press inventory
