The primary function of this site is to serve as a lead generation hub, to generate leads of people who are looking to either buy or sell their house and need a great realtor. The site needs to have a very clean, modern design using sites like Salesforce, Opendoor, Orchard, and Hubspot as an example. The site also needs to have a primary lead capture capability through a multi-step form or questionnaire that indicates if they are buying or selling, and depending on that selection, creates two different flows.
