Brief de Design de Logo

Need a logo for a new company named ULLR Technologies.
Ullr (pronounced “ULL-er") is an obscure and enigmatic Norse god. Ullr is the son of the grain goddess Sif, and therefore the stepson of the thunder god Thor. Ullr is an excellent archer, hunter, skater, and skier, handsome, warlike, and an especially apt deity to invoke before a duel.

This is a technology company so not really interested in the snow and ski part, more the archer and hunter.

Also, we may be able to get ULLRTech at the end of the year. So it would be fine to shorten technologies to tech on the logo.
Also, interested in a blue logo. Was thinking of a University of North Carolina logo colors. Carolina Blue with Navy outlines/highlight color.
