Brief de Design de Logo
HAUSKEEPIN' sells residential cleaning and Airbnb housekeeping services in Chicago, IL. Our target customers are busy professionals and property owners who regularly host guests in their 5-star, short-term rental properties. Our business personality is honest, optimistic, reliable, and sophisticated. Although not in the logo draft image, we also want to include a gold/yellow tone somewhere as a tertiary color. We particularly like how teals or even navies pair with a splash of gold.
HAUSKEEPIN' is intended to be a BIOHOARD brand, hence the "BY BIOHOARD" below the name in the attached drafts; however, including this text is NOT required for the final product. Our tagline (not to be included in the logo) is "Chicago's Secret Key for Superhosts." And our internal motto is "We don't cut corners, we clean them," as we aim to provide exceptional customer experiences.
NOTE: If you must include an additional line of text, it must only be "Chicago."
Additionally, this logo will be placed as stickers on company vehicles, embroidered in employee uniforms, and printed on stationery, signage, etc. Therefore, the design must be unique from the rest of the competitors. We are forward thinkers using technology and modern equipment to leverage our cleaning systems and processes; thus, HAUSKEEPIN's logo should also reflect our modern way of doing business and appeal to a wide range of clients within the property management landscape.
