Brief de Design de T-shirt

I am a real estate broker and I work by the beach in Morro Bay selling homes. I have 2 ideas: On the front I want to have a likeness (cartoon/ caricature) of myself with sunglasses on and "Call the Redhead" in script. Behind me should be Morro Rock. On the back- middle of the shirt I'd like the company logo "Navigators Real Estate" and my name "Alice" and ph# 805-471-0312. I will attach some logos and photos for color scheme. I'd like a fun clean design - not too busy. Shirt should be a women's navy blue and colors are like the attached logos: Green Pantone color is: 376C. The Blue Pantone color is: 330C. Idea #2 is without me, just Morro Rock and the rest of the shirt the same. The Green color will look good against the navy blue.
