Brief de Design de Logo

We are looking for support developing a logo (in all the usual varieties for online and physical use), with a supporting set of design elements/guides (i.e. color scheme, shapes, maybe fonts). The SAAS product being developed is called minisub. A B2B product which is used by large companies to manage the performance of their small-sized contractors and field teams; and used by those small contractors and teams to ensure compliance with safety requirements and demonstrate their high quality work to their clients. The logo design I had in mind was the word minisub, shaped to resemble a submarine (i.e. shaped ends to the word, some part of it being a periscope, etc). Not a literal submarine, but stylized and simple. A key selling feature of the software is that it is very simple for field workers to use, so ideally the logo and design elements should reflect that - simple, practical, field-work. A key part of the app is rating things as red, amber/yellow or green based on their status, so maybe picking up one or all of those colors, but very much looking for something very simple in terms of color palette. In future (I guess beyond the scope of this engagement), we will be seeking a set of design guides we can follow in building the app and web presence - i.e. set colors, shapes, maybe even specific web element styles and specific fonts. And then some templates potentially for social media presence.
