Brief de Design de Logo

Help me design a logo for my private practice! I am a clinical social worker who has just launched my own business and I need help with a logo. The name of my business is Lodestar Wellness and I specialize in something called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT for short). I do individual and group therapy as well as training and consulting work. I picked the word "lodestar" for my company because it connects to the idea of having a grounded direction in life, and also because my child was born on Star Wars day! I am looking for a design that communicates compassion and flexibility for an audience of those seeking out mental health services or training. I prefer cooler colors (green, blue, purple) and the overall design needs to be "calm". I like simple and organic designs with a zen like feel.
