Brief de Design de Logo

Guideline ACT is celebrating their 40 years anniversary and would like to have some exiting changes.
We would like to have a better and more modern version of our current logo (attached) to make the logo look contemporary and visually appealing.
We are open to both option: designs without changing too much the initial concept or a brand new logo designs, so please be bold.
We also would like to have a smaller option of our logo, say an ICON, to use in our social media, so open to ideas.

Guideline ACT, stablished in 1985, is a mid-tier Civil Engineering Contractor based in the Canberra region, Australia.
Guideline ACT undertakes all types of Civil Engineering Construction projects, specialising in technically challenging projects.
