Brief de Design de Logo

I have recently registered a new business: The Bearded Baker, which will hopefully be a boutique bakery (at some point). Right now, it will be online orders and at markets, pop ups, etc. I am the main cook so the name of the business reflects my look! I have attached a selfie for reference, should the design go in that direction.
It will be mostly baked goods (cakes, cookies, slices, etc.), with a focus on homestyle recipes and flavours to evoke childhood memories. Nothing fancy; just affordable, delicious, classic goodness!
