Brief de Design de Logo

We are a new profit-for-purpose, social impact mortgage bank. 90% of our profits are used to fund housing initiatives in underserved areas of Africa.

We need a logo that conveys the message of charity, social governance, and helping people. The name of the company, “Impact Mortgage”, already makes it clear that we provide mortgages, so graphics should focus on the social impact nature of the business. The consumer should get the message that by giving us your business, you are helping somebody in an underserved area to get a home.

I’m looking for a clean, modern look of the logo. For colors, currently I’m thinking green and gold, or alternatively green, blue, and graphite. The logo will primarily be used digitally on a white background. It will typically be rendered at a heigh of 60-80 px, so graphics must be discernable at this scale.

Examples of fonts I like are Helvetica Now (extra bold), Sequel Sans Display (heavy), and Liliana (bold). But I am open to other options.
