Brief de Design de Logo

I want to have a logo refresh. I've attached our current logo.

I've two ideas -
First is to maintain the spirit of the current logo in terms of not veering too far away from the current deer head outline design, but it can change, be uplifted, brought up to date, and presented in a slightly different way.

The second idea is to see totally new concepts.

We have always had a deer pic in our logos, and the current logo iteration is our 3rd in 25 years. We are a small business of 10 but our clients range from companies employing a few hundred people to multi-nationals.

We are a UK-based technology recruitment/staffing agency. The tech sector is vibrant and fast-changing. I'm open to colour changes, and it's easy to change the colour on any final design anyway.
