Brief de Design de Logo

I am looking for a logo that is unique but shares similarities with the attached logos, most notably the stylized flag "E" which can be used as is, updated, modified, modernized, etc. Design should be clean, upscale, and accessible, much like a bank logo with some kind of flag imagery (again, a unique use of the current flag symbol or some modernized, updated version, used in the same way). - thank you!

• a unique and creative design element, similar to the stylized "E" in the attached file, or an updated version of the attached file. Red, white, and blue... could also include some secondary or highlight colors such as kelly green or gold

Bien d'avoir

• possibly "CASE for Consumers" on top of the word "Foundation" or 3 levels with a stylized "CASE" on top of "for consumers" w/ "Foundation" underneath, either/or may work-- this is more of a design idea, it is not required.

Ne doit pas comporter

• orange, yellow, purple, very bright (neon) colors or soft pastels; distracting design elements that don't add to the logo appearance
