Brief de Design Graphique

We need a Bold, Eye Catching Banner created in order to capture the attention of potential new members.

The banner size will be horizontal 4'w x 6' L

Our colors are typically Black - White - Yellow, but we're looking for something that pops from a distance, so these colors can be changed.

I'd like the font's to be bold - easy to read - eye catching - with some design elements

I have attached our logo to this message as well as a pdf with the text and layout.

I would like to use as much space on the banner as possible (not having all text centered / small with a bunch of blank space around) while still having the banner look GREAT!

UPDATE: I have reviewed the submissions this far and they are all very busy. We need a banner that is VERY easy to read upon driving by, but with some slight design elements.
I have now uploaded some example photos that vistaprint.com has on their site as an example of how I'd like people to easy see, read and take action with.
