Brief de Design de Logo

We are a church in Big Spring, TX USA, and we are looking to create a new logo for branding. I have attached a mock up of the look we are going for, we just want to see a much better looking version of it. We are looking for a colored version of the logo as well as a single color version of it. We would like for it to fade from gold to green. The gold represents harvest and the green represents life.
