Brief de Design de Logo

I would like a new logo that is for the New Zealand Māori Orthopaedic Surgeons Group - Ngā Rata Kōiwi. It should use the international sign of orthopaedics the Tree of Andry - which is a bent tree tied to a straight stake. But it must be Māori and New Zealand themed. Therefore for the stake - we want a taiaha - a traditional Māori spear and the tree should be a pohutukawa tree. See attached example of the tree of Andry. Do not copy the design on the attached taiaha exactly.
