A disruptive, innovative IT recruitment agency launching in 2025. Introducing: ARCADIAN.

I am reaching out to enlist your expertise in creating a distinctive logo and brand identity that will set ARCADIAN apart in the competitive landscape.

Design Objectives:

Fresh, Energetic, Bold, Dynamic: Our brand identity and logo should exude vitality and energy, capturing the spirit of possibility and momentum inherent in career advancement and company growth. The design should reflect our proactive approach to matching talented individuals with exciting opportunities, portraying ARCADIAN as a catalyst for positive change and growth.

Clean and Polished: As a provider of professional services, it is essential that our brand maintains a level of sophistication and refinement. It is a premium, high end brand. The design should be polished and well-executed, conveying a sense of credibility and trustworthiness to our audience (CIO’s and CEO’s).

Career-related Imagery: The logo should evoke the themes of career progression, job mobility, and professional development. Whether through subtle symbolism or explicit imagery, the design should resonate with individuals navigating their career paths, inspiring confidence and optimism about the future.

Color Palette: We are open to exploring vibrant color palettes (light blue, navy, white as an example) that command attention while maintaining a sense of professionalism and approachability. Colors should be chosen thoughtfully to convey our brand attributes effectively and evoke the emotions associated with career advancement and personal growth.

Typography: The typography should be modern, clean, bold, and easily legible. It should reflect the forward-thinking nature of our brand while remaining versatile enough to adapt to various applications and mediums.

Scalability and Versatility: The logo and brand elements should be adaptable to different contexts and sizes, ensuring consistency and impact across digital and print platforms. They should also be designed with the view to be used on merchandise (folders, shirts, jumpers, pens, notepads, books etc).
