Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo designed that will set the mood and standard for the rest of our branding. It is a logo for "Aussie Sailing Co" . We are a sail training, charter, and adventure company. Looking for simple, vintage feeling logo. Think something along the lines of Craft Beer style logo, but with a sailing theme. Needs to have no more than 4 colors, looks good without color grading, and looks good in white on blue, or blue on white as a single color. Looking to develop t-shirts and clothing around brand, so would like that kept in mind.
