Brief de Design de Logo

I'm after a logo for my new business called Power Out its an electrical company, I'm thinking something like a fist holding a lightning bolt then Power Out next to it, blue with an orange lightning bolt with black outline. happy for a few different ideas or colours too something like I've roughly done in paint thanks.
i want to put the logo on my grey van and clothes etc
