Brief de Design de Logo

Memorial scholarship for criminal justice students. Dakota wanted to be a police officer all his life. He also loved Halloween and the character Jack Skellington. need a logo which incorporates his two passions. this memorial scholarship is awarded to students who aspire to pursue a career in Law Enforcement. I am looking for the main text to curve around the logo, with the EST 2020 centered above the logo, and slogan curved under the logo <slogan should read "Books to Badges>. During the murder trial of the suspect accused of killing my son, I said to the judge that "Every badge he looks at for the rest of his life, he will have to wonder if they got it from the family of the person he killed", and "everyone is calling to defund the police, because of him we will be funding police officers." I am including some photos of my son, who was 20 years old when he died for inspiration, the photo pf him in the backwards ball cap is the last photo we took of him. He loved working at haunted houses. he had Jack Skellington tattooed on the top of his hand. We award $500 annually to a criminal justice student, this year will be the 5th time we will have awarded this scholarship. Dakota's character names while working at the haunted houses was Bongo the clown, The bunny costume was bunny.
