Brief de Design de Flyer

I need a flyer for my home inspection business which is called Sharp Eye Home Inspections. It should NOT be like a typical flyer with a lot of words and very busy. It should be bold and sharp and eye catching out of the box.

-It should say the words Sharp Eye Home Insepctions, with the words HOME INSPECTION being bigger

- It should have 3 small icons saying the following
1) Drone Inspection
2) Termite Inspection
3) Next Day Report
And next to each one should have a small picture icon of what is referring to (like small icon of a drone etc.)

- It should have my contact information

-It should have a QR code box (which leads to WhatsApp)

- A background of an aerial shot of a house

Preferably it should have my logo and also the words Serving NY & NJ

Everything else in regards to background pictures and colors I’m leaving up to you. Again I repeat it should NOT be a typical home inspection flyer. If you a search on the web home inspection flyer it should not be like those. It should be eye catching and bold. I will add flyers from different businesses to get idea of what I mean.
