Dear Akhtar,

I have yet to receive from you high resolution designs in the .psd format. I gave you tips and increased the project value, but that still was not incentivizing enough for you and you complained that it was not enough money for the work that you had done. Perhaps you thought I wouldn't notice that the .psd file were not high res. to just end the project and get paid. I Two weeks prior to this action, I had provided to you original files in an attached messsage and requested that you put these files into your final design. However, you have not done this and customer service has said your payment is being held until you do. The next step is the entire project will be cancelled and no money will be exchanged for this project. Design Crowd will lose their money. You will lose your money. And I will not have a design. No one wins with this approach. Please comply with both my and customer service's request to incorporate the original files in high res format to the winning design chosen and then everyone will be happy.
