Lyrics for "Hello, It's Me" are the same as the title track. Also, Do you want the 4-page booklet PLUS back artwork for the CD case, or just the booklet?

No the title track is "Rescued Redeemed Forgiven" that is the title track and name of the EP (CD). The 4 page insert is just the lyrics (unless you are asking of the back cover should be the background of the lyric sheet as well....I am not apposed to that but I think that will be more expensive to print).
