Brief de Design de Flyer

Good morning,
The VIDI company specializes in real estate expertise. We would like to create a flyer to attract new customers. Our main target is condominium trustees and co-ownerships.
We want a double-sided A4 format. The language used must be French. The flyer must come as close as possible to the graphic charter of our website (title font “brandon grotesque”; text font “avenir light”; green color code “#2A7C6F”, beige “#FFFDF8”, possibly with the following nuances in the theme: #95BDB6; #2C8D7E). The site is accessible at the following address: https://www.vidi-immo.fr/.
Our logo must be accompanied by the phrase “Experts at the service of co-ownership!”.
The flyer must convey the main information from the website, emphasizing:
- All the missions offered (see “Our services” page of the website)
- We operate throughout the French national territory, with teams spread across the territory.
- A short text about our history (“about” page of the site)
- Making contact, by email contact@sasvidi.fr or by telephone 06.45.53.28.31.

Our postal address should appear more discreetly at the bottom of the page, in the form “SAS VIDI, 123 Avenue Victor Hugo, 34 400 LUNEL”
