Brief de Design de Logo

I would like a logo created for my AC & Heating company. I would like a peral orange and lighter blue along with a metallic silver. I added a photo of my boat colors and also an additional photo of the blue and orange i have in mind.
We live in the valley and are surrounded by mountains, the valley is pretty large, im on the south end of the valley. I would like something that is clean and modern. Not too busy and i would like it to stand out. Im in a saturated market so i really need something that will stand out.
No wrenches, no pipes, no gears and make sure the mountains dont have flames on them.
