Brief de Design Wordpress

Our current site is completely static which is no longer appropriate for us. We're looking for a more minimalist design, responsive theme that conveys a professional and dynamic organisation. We need a much more interactive site in order to educate potential customers, capture their information and deliver white papers we are writing. Quite simply the site needs to 'sell' the prospect the idea that they really must talk to us.
We are an IT consultancy specialising in Big Data and process driven IT in order to make organisations more effective, save money and outstrip their competition. Some of our clients include insurance, logistics and professional services organisations.
The final design needs to utilise small elements of orange and black. The current site can be found at www.serviceteamit.co.uk and a test Wordpress page can be found at bigdata.serviceteamit.co.uk.
