Brief de Design de Logo

I am looking for help designing a logo for a Marina we are buying in Coastal Virginia. It’s been operational for decades but has become run down in recent years. We are naming it Midway Marina and it’s located on the Lower Chickahominy River. We are “Midway on the Chick”… the mouth of the river starts at the James River and runs up to a man made dam and we are midway between the 2 spots. We want something fresh, trendy and that will bring life back to this marina again. Thanks for your help!!
