Brief de Design de Logo

Hi,

Am looking for a logo for a new small UK based management consulting firm called, "Phenix Consulting" I have just set up. Phenix is a derivation of Pheonix, chosen because it is a less common and felt it sounded a bit more distinguished. Phenix consulting offers Business Advisory services, Executive Coaching and Training. I have a website but it is not completed yet. (www.phenix-consulting.co.uk) NB only the front page is complete.

I like the concept of renewal that is at the heart of the story of the Pheonix but not sure I want to play on it to heavily. Am open to ideas really.
