The goal of neOScar is to develop next generation software to manage health data with the double goal of medical care (taking care of patients) and clinical research (finding new drugs).
The capitalization for neOScar is the such:
Because it’s a bit unusual
Because OS =
Operating System (much wider than EHR)
Own and Share is the founding principle for health data
Like “store and forward” was a founding principle for the internet (both packet switching + smtp)
