You have some problems here:

I have takes some time to write this out.

The first problem is - How 54 "designers" went ahead to submit 97 "designs" after reading such a ? brief.
You should view their submissions with some suspicion.

I have 40 years experience as a Professional Graphic Designer.
This is not a good brief.
Three mistakes here Right IN The Title > Consulting for eu and national funds, bussines plans, investments
This signals the high possibility of there being futher errors in future documents.

>> "eu" is spelt EU - as in European Union. It is an initials/ abbreviation. eu is just part of a word where the other letters were left.
>> "bussines" is spelt buSineSS
>>Inserting commas only?
Poor grammar.
>>There should be an "and" between "plans" & "investments".

I would hope you have someone to read through your -
Proposals for Business Plans or Investments.

Logo Text - dodgy.
You wrote: "One consult" with a lower case "c".
Surely it should be One Consult? Capital "C".

Unless you explain why it is here - it is a pointless attachment.
What is it?
You want these colors?
You like this typeface?
You want BOTH? Or just the colors? Or just the typeface?
Please pick some thing.
