Brief de Design de Logo

PLEASE SEE IMAGES in post!
We are moving a drive thru Christmas Light show and rebranding.
Customers pay to drive thru a mile of Christmas Lights (large props, arches, Tunnels etc) that are synchronized to the radio in their car.
Old - Jax Illuminations ( see file upload for current logo) Jax illuminations.com.
New - Christmas at the Fairgrounds
I have uploaded an AI image that we like but needs the following changes:
Front vehicle to be a VW style van (no VW logo) and only a single line of 3 vehicles behind it - all other cars removed just leaving the street
*We would like the van to be inline with the fence post so that their is room for information on the street in front.
*We do not like the power poles and power lines in this image.
*We would want the two signs on the fence post to be blank so we can place new info each year.
*The top words in green should say Jax Illuminations
*Where it says "live through" should say Presents.*
*In red where it says Christmas Lhgw it should say Christmas.
In the blue where it says The Fahrggrounds it should say "At The Fairgrounds"
Would require finished product be in photoshop layers so I can change in the future if needed.
See second attachment where we have started to make changes!
We are open to other ideas but wanted to give as much info as possible.
