Brief de Design Graphique

Design a four page commercial real estate brochure we will use as a template for three properties. Focusing on the first property at 2675 Myrtle Springs Ave. Dallas TX 75220

Deliver layout template then place my photos copy and data into the commercial leasing real estate brochures.

Here are sanples - the Century Park brochure is closest to the style and layout that best fits.

We will use the first page as the street signage as mocked up in the first dropbox link above. The next three pages will include information as shown in the sample brochures.

I’m looking for your style and color and layout skills and we can fine tune the details as we work together.

Format is horizontal 8.5"x11" (street sign will be 4'x8' horizontal ).

Colors: In the dark grey or grey-brown ranges or simple white/light greys or tans. Site map should be re-drawn to be simple lines like in the Riverbend or Century brochures. Or a simple 3-D design to show the rooftops.
Without copying, look to the Century Park brochure for the direction we want: clean, flat, modern, corporate, technical.

Open space and thin lines to define focus are good elements to consider using here.
