Brief de Design de Logo

I would like a logo designed for my business which is called Horizon Consulting. I am looking for a logo that includes both a a graphic and the company name. I’d like the graphic to evoke the idea of moving through uncertainty, obstacles and barriers to emerge on the other side of the Horizon where there is a clear view / vision of a successful future state. I do not want it to be based on a specific object or photo, but to be more abstract in nature. I’d like to use strong vibrant traditional prime colors (no pastel, yellow, pink, lavender, neon, etc.). I want it to reflect values of simplicity, focus, strategic, relationship.
