Brief de Design de T-shirt

My father owns a roofing company called Ramey Roofing Inc. When he is out meeting with customers, I want him to wear something branded, but he doesn't like your traditional corporate clothing. He loves to wear t-shirts with cool graphics. So, I want to design a fun graphic t-shirt for Ramey Roofing that he would like to wear and that customers might like as well. I think it would be cool to invoke the following ideas or emotions:

(1) Manly roofer vibes: My dad is a muscular guy with a big beard. He likes wearing manly clothing. For example, many of his graphic tees incorporate big beards or military-related images.

(2) Old-fashioned, long-time established brand. We have been in business for over 60 years. You can optionally incorporate the phase "60 Years and Counting" if you want.

(3) Quality, well-built: This goes along with "Old". It is a common opinion (at least in the US) that products used to be made out of higher quality materials than they are today. We are an old company and we want to come of as established, built-to-last, but not slow or outdated.

(4) American: My dad is really patriotic. It would be cool to incorporate an American flag somewhere in there too if possible. Could just be on one of the sleeves.

I'm attaching the icon we put on some of our more traditional apparel, a picture of my dad, and an example of a shirt he would wear for inspiration.
