Brief de Design de Logo

My business is trading and developing real estate and building plots. Since this is a fairly conservative industry, the logo should not be too playful. Something solid, not too "new" that expresses trust and stability. My customers often make the "biggest purchase of their life" with me, so my new IC should represent that accordingly. It must exude stability and seriousness.

One idea would be to use arrows as a symbol for the logo. These are connected to the name Polzmacher, which originally came from the "bolt makers" (crossbow bolts) in the Middle Ages. See the logo in the appendix as an example. Elements of the logo are welcome to be used.

However, since I have received too many suggestions of this kind that I do not like, I ask all designers not to get stuck on this and to contribute their own ideas on the subject of land and real estate.

The color concept would be nice in green and red on a gray background. However, I am also open to new suggestions. Gold on green is also a favorite combination.
