Brief de Design de Logo

Need logo for an investment/wealth management business. The business provides investment management (primarily public market stocks and bonds) and wealth planning for individuals/families, businesses, institutions.
We would like the design to be modern, edgy/sleek, but also sophisticated and professional. The design does not have to be overly minimalistic but please DO NOT include busy/elaborate designs. The colors incorporated should be black and gold. I have included the logo we use for another affiliated business for reference. The font does not have to match the logo provided exactly, but this is a good indication of the type of font we are looking for in our new logo. Additionally the gold color in the new logo does not need to match the exact color of the provided logo. The logo may include either "Point2 Capital" or "Point2 Capital Partners", either is fine.
