Brief de Design de Logo

Want to get new logo for company.
Old website is: https://www.starlinx.com
New website under construction is: https://starlinx.yolasite.com
This is not mandatory but I do like the horizontal "Pill" shape (I will upload some same logos of what I mean).
I will also upload a rough drawing, HOWEVER, I am not locked into this... I just thought it was a nice design concept.
The new website uses a blue/white color scheme... not sure if I need to stay within that palette for the logo (need professional advice on that)

Very much interested in a high quality logo to really be simple, but stand out. Will be using logo on Invoices, and other portal websites such as https://finance.starlinx.com/portal/starlinx/login and this site https://sierra.starlinx.com/interface/root#/login

File#1 is Centra logo... I like this, but I prefer the look of the other file (File#2) where it has the circle more embedded within the pill shape. File#2 is too cartoon-like and I am only showing this as a shape example.

I was thinking maybe put a very cool looking fingerprint with the circle area and the word "StarLinX" or "STARLINX" (however you, as a professional, think it would look best). We are primarily a cyber security company and would like to portray a high quality, professional and strong look that indicates we are security focused. I like the purple/black/pink/blue neon color scheme but that might not work for our website so it's just a thought.
Not totally locked into the "Pill" shape if someone has a better idea.
If website color scheme theme needs to change to match an amazing logo, will consider doing that. Very anxious to finally have an amazing website and logo. Have had poor quality for 20+ years :-(
