Brief de Design de Logo

We have a new brand, called Passiflora. It is named after the passiflora flower which is the plant of the Passion fruit.
We would like the logo to represent the passionfruit colors, and to have a passion fruit icon as well.
Logos we like as inspiration are:
"Patagonia clothing logo": We like their use of the simple lettering with the colored stripes above.
"Pepsi cola": we like the simplicity and use of color.
