Brief de Design de Logo

I would like to update my logo. I would like to stick with the same design, but I need it to be updated to make it look sharper and make it look like it was made by a professional (not on MS Paint). I want to keep the same color scheme (blue and white), but the new logo should have outlines so that the logo can be put on any background. I want the font for the company name to be crisper, bolder and more recognizable (right now it is very plain). I would like one version with just the logo and "NJ Sewer Scopes" and one version with the logo, "NJ Sewer Scopes" and "Sewer Line & Septic System Inspection Services".

My company does pipe camera inspections. The original logo is supposed to be a crosshair, or reticle (gun scope) made from pipes (that is what the white cross hairs are). I would like the updated version to have more recognizable pipes. The center circle was originally themed as a film roll (because everything we do its recorded). I need to updated logo to be completely symmetrical. Potentially even 3D? As long as it is very crisp and symmetrical, I do not care if it is very basic or very advanced.

I would also like the new logo to be more compact and more legible if this is possible. The current font is too thin and small.
