Brief de Design de Logo

I need a new icon for my race timer mobile phone application. The app is designed for motorsport use by mostly amateur drivers on closed racing circuits. It provides an in-car 'dashboard' showing live lap timing information, then after the session it provides data sharing and analysis capabilities. It's like the app 'strava' , but for motorsports.

It must be functional instead of stylish, i.e. it must clearly say to the user 'this app is a timer app for race use' :-)

Uploads
- Vracer (name of the app) logo. It's not mandatory to include any of this in the new logo
- 2 other icons that I like, both hinting at the outline of a race circuit

I've listed some elements below that I'd like to communicate in the icon. Note some are mandatory, while some are nice to have. I realise I've listed a lot, but I do want a simple and bold icon - I don't want an icon that's too 'busy' or crowded.

MUST have:
- MUST have an element that says 'race track' - e.g. outline of a race circuit
- It must look good on both white or black backgrounds.
- It must be a square profile - 1:1 width/height

Nice to have:
- element(s) that say 'timer' - stopwatch to indicate timing, either analog style with 'clock' hands, or digital
- element(s) that say 'race' - race flags, chequered flag, race helmet, wheels,
- a stylised 'V' (for Vracer) worked into the design
