Brief de Design de T-shirt

I want a subtle, cool, almost vintage feel, not super commercial and cheesy. Something classy that non tshirt wearers would actually wear.
We are a group of women travelers in our 50's and 60's.
Our group is called Wander with Women, which is a subset of my company Premier Travel Adventures. I'm attaching logos and the idea that I had of girls with their suitcases, but with more women, different colors and heights, etc.
