Brief de Design de Flyer

I started my own company and the company I worked for has a sales aid / contract that I want to replicate. I want it to be simpler similar design in an editable PDF Form. It needs to be different and better in my company colors see logo attached I need to be able to edit the fine print and will need the JM Inc. changed to Stone Forge through out the agreement. Follow same flow but instead of Platinum Gold and Silver I would like Gold Silver and Bronze with different badges
