Company Name: Visual Punch

Background:
Visual Punch is a well-established video production company based in the North of the UK. Founded in 2013 and having traded for 8 years, it has garnered success and accolades, including awards for Best Video Production Company of the Year. The company specializes in creating engaging and educational video content for businesses, working closely with clients to meet their needs and goals. Visual Punch prides itself on its creativity, professionalism, and collaborative approach to video production.

Current Logo:
The current logo features a fist inside a play button, symbolizing the company's name. While the lime green color was chosen to stand out and convey a fun and playful vibe, it now feels outdated and lacks the level of professionalism desired. The logo's horizontal layout also poses a challenge.

Goals for the Redesign:

To create a more mature and professional logo that reflects the company's values of trust, professionalism, and creativity.
Develop a new text treatment that feels contemporary and timeless.
Move away from the lime green color to convey a more sophisticated brand image.
Target Audience:
Visual Punch's target audience consists of business owners and women in positions of power aged 35 and above. The logo should evoke trust and capability without being overly masculine.

Design Direction:

Avoid using the current lime green color.
Reimagine the existing emblem of the logo to create a more sophisticated and mature look.
Competitor Analysis:
Main competitors in the industry use orange and blue colors with soft, bubbly graphics in their logos. Visual Punch aims to differentiate itself by avoiding these colors and adopting a more refined design approach.
